I’m starting a new digital detox and want to share my journey to help me stay consistent. I’ve recently noticed that my productivity is closely linked to how much time I spend on my phone. I tend to be an all-or-nothing person; I either use my phone all day without accomplishing anything, or I completely let it go. I’ve tried to find a middle ground but haven’t succeeded, so I definitely prefer being productive and disconnecting from my phone entirely.
