I felt SO anxious today, and instead of procrastinating (as I would normally do) I tried to meditate to calm down my nervous system. After that I managed to study for almost 6 hours! I feel so proud of myself β€οΈ
I listened to an amazing episode of this podcast. I highly recommend this to everyone who's struggling with perfectionism
One thing I like the most during the day is running through these lanes in dense fog. π
Study accountability challenge: βοΈ I found a website that is really helping me to stay focused and overcome procrastination. It's called Focusmate, and it's a platform where you can find accountability partners for your work or study. You chose a time to work, and it will pair you with a random person for a live coworking session. It's working wonders with me, I highly recommend it!
