I did 440 crunches today to finally complete this challenge!!! Yaaayyy it's DOOOOONE!!!💪💪
Never done too many crunches in a day! I do HIIT workouts and would usually only do crunch variations for 30secs each but this app is making me do 230 crunches per day!! Lol this is crazy but I'm up for the challenge 😬😬😬
When you start and it's hard…always see your goal in your mind….never give up…as you are stronger than you think…
